    Oracle 19c launched with new features

    Oracle Database 19c is the ultimate version and therefore the ‘long-term support’ of the Oracle Database 12c version of products (which includes Oracle Database 18c). “Long-term support” represents that Oracle Database 19c appears with 4 years of premium support and a minimum of 3 years of extended support.

    Oracle Database 19c builds on innovations from previous releases like Multitenant, In-Memory, JSON support, Sharding, and many others, features that enable Oracle Database Cloud Autonomous Services.

    This latest version of the world’s most popular database also introduces new functionality that provides customers with a multi-model business-class database for all their typical features, including:

    • Operational database features, such as traditional transactions, real-time analytics, JSON document stores, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.

    • Use cases of the analytical database, such as; Traditional and real-time data warehouses and data warehouses, large data lakes, and graphical analytics.

    Oracle Database 19c makes on key improvements in architecture, performance, and distributed data, successfully established in Oracle Database versions 12c and 18c.
